The Racial Equity and Justice Coaching Training Program is structured to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience, combining live virtual sessions, asynchronous learning, mentor coaching, and peer coaching. The program will take place on the last two Thursday and Friday of each month from July 2024 to January 2025, excluding December.

We are excited to offer a special discounted rate for the inaugural cohort of the Racial Equity and Justice Coaching Training Program. This unique opportunity allows participants to join the program at a significantly reduced cost, with a variety of payment options to suit your financial needs.
Our live virtual sessions will be held on the dates listed above from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. These sessions will be interactive and facilitated by experienced trainers and guest speakers. Participants will engage in discussions, activities, and exercises designed to deepen their understanding of racial equity and justice.
Between the live sessions, participants will engage in asynchronous learning activities. These activities include reading assignments, video lectures, reflection exercises, and practical assignments that reinforce the concepts discussed during the live sessions. Asynchronous learning allows participants to progress at their own pace and provides flexibility in managing their schedules.
Each participant will receive 10 mentor coaching sessions. These sessions will be personalized and focus on developing coaching skills, addressing specific challenges, and providing feedback and support. Mentor coaching will be an invaluable resource for participants to refine their coaching techniques and enhance their effectiveness in promoting racial equity and justice.
Participants will also engage in 16 hours of peer coaching throughout the program. Peer coaching sessions will provide opportunities to practice coaching skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. This component of the program will enable participants to gain diverse perspectives, build strong networks, and develop their coaching abilities through hands-on experience.
