At the RE:UP, we are driven by a powerful mission: to empower transformation through coaching. Our vision is simple yet profound: healing people, heal people. Founded by two passionate coaches who crossed paths in a different coaching program, we realized a glaring gap in the industry – a lack of coaching programs specifically tailored to address racial equity, justice, and liberation.

In many coaching circles, the focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion often falls short of addressing the systemic injustices deeply entrenched in our society. Recognizing this need for a more comprehensive approach, we set out to create something different – a coaching program that delves into the root causes of inequity and champions the liberation of all individuals and communities.

Our journey began with a shared commitment to creating lasting change. Drawing from our own experiences and the lessons learned in our previous coaching program, we formed an unbreakable partnership and embarked on a mission to redefine coaching for racial equity and justice practitioners.

By placing emphasis on the "RE" in our name, we are embracing a multitude of empowering concepts that begin with this prefix. We believe in the power of re-centering conversations, renewing perspectives, and revitalizing communities. Our mission is to ignite meaningful change by redefining what it means to address racial equity in today's society.

The "UP" in our name symbolizes our dedication to fostering forward progress and growth within communities. It reflects our commitment to supporting coaches who apply a racial equity lens and approach to coaching, empowering individuals to move forward with purpose and commitment. Our commitment to racial equity extends beyond words – it's about action. Through our initiatives and programs, we strive to create a world where everyone has equal opportunities and access to resources, regardless of their background.
